Planning, creativity, and future oriented thinking are Diana Itterheim’s key features. Before getting into the book industry, she worked as an architect and started a second degree in media and information technology. Her experiences as author, trainer and realtor made her want to form a strong team to build an author friendly literary agency.

She does not only consider coaching und guiding authors through the complexity of the book industry as part of her job, but also pursuing extraordinary ideas and conveying unique manuscripts.

Due to her Bachelor’s degree in media economics, her pursuit of a Master’s in media and communications, as well as her work at Bosch Packaging Technology in global marketing, Jessica Itterheim has a vast knowledge of complex marketing strategies and their implementation. As a novelist, she was able to gain a perspective in the book industry.

Through film productions and workshops with renowned directors such as James Bond director Roger Spottiswoode she had the opportunity to broaden her knowledge about making trailers and movies. She has been able to apply that knowledge to projects such as the production of the book trailers for the angel saga of the Aufbau Verlag. At the Stuttgart Media University she conducted a study about author branding and at the University of Offenburg she deepened her knowledge and experience in all things media.

Mascha Vassena worked as a freelancer journalist in Hamburg until she was selected by Monika Maron in 2001 for a one-year literary scholarship at the academy Schloss Solitude. In 2002 her volume of short stories 'Räuber und Gendarm' was published by Liebeskind. Since then, several novels have been published by major publishers, most recently by Piper. As a plot and workshop coach, Mascha Vassena passes on her experiences from over 20 years as an author to other writers. Since November 2018 she also works as a freelance literary scout for the

Susanne Zeyse is from Hamburg with stops in Southern Germany, Münster and Berlin. Language enthusiast studied in Tübingen, Oklahoma, Oregon and Washington D.C., full-time editor at Reader's Digest. Since 1997 freelance editor with a focus on fiction for various publishers and freelance authors. As an agent she is a fighter, reader, friend, text worker, psychologist, groupie and book lover ...

Since she was a child, Petra Ulrich has read more than 10.000 books. Her comprehensive proficiency of works of fiction as well as her strong sense of order predestine her to apply her experiences to the work at a literary agency.

Due to her career in urban planning she is also highly qualified for tasks that require administrating, sorting, organizing and documenting.
